at the end of the past millennium german discjockey andreas meinhardt (aka dj anti) from siegen calls kevin´s attention to the dj-culture. inspired by the variety of sound-mixing, kevin spins alias k_win behind the decks since the end of 2000.

In 2002 he comes 3rd place at a national dj-contest, though he has been the youngest and greenest performer. shortly afterwords he is presented by the former party-community "fem-siegen.de" as "dj of the month" with a live set of the fabulous phamaz-crew-partys.

the following years he rocked at all of siegen´s major clubs (including dee2, monokel) and parties (including lA hAciendA locA, schalldruck,  plattenbau, lock:house).

in 2007 he changes his dj-alias to kevin coppa and acquires more reputation by mixing elements of electronic music to a tech-housy, progressive style.  

at his homebase, locA³ (former: lA hAciendA locA), kevin takes inherent part since several years to play together with dj-pro´s like dj tapesh, dida, juliet sikora, gold ryan/maximiljan and many more. also, since 2008 he belongs next to resident-dj phil2 to the dj-ensemble of the german club plan b, where a.o. national top-djs such as frank sonic, tube & berger or andhim were pushing the crowd.

ende des vergangenen jahrtausends ist es der siegener discjockey andreas meinhardt (aka dj anti), der kevin auf die dj-kultur aufmerksam macht. von ihm über die vielfalt des mixings inspiriert, steht kevin seit ende 2000 als k_win selber hinter den plattentellern.

bereits 2002 dreht er sich auf den 3. platz eines nationalen dj-contests, als jüngster und unerfahrenster teilnehmer. kurz darauf präsentiert ihn die ehemalige party-community "fem-siegen.de" als "dj des monats" mit einem live-set der legendären phamaz-crew-partys.

auf der locA³ ( ehemals: lA hAciendA locA), seiner homebase, ist er seit jahren ein fester bestandteil und spietle dort mit dj-größen wie dj tapesh, dida, juliet sikora, gold ryan/maximiljan und anderen. seit 2008 gehört er außerdem neben dem resident-dj phil2 zum dj-ensemble des siegener clubs plan b, auf denen u.a. top-djs wie frank sonic, tube & berger oder andhim zu hören waren.
